What’s included when you rent our restroom trailer

Full-service means more than dropping a trailer—here’s everything that comes with a Liv-In Comfort rental.

What’s included

When hosts compare restroom trailer companies, one of the first questions is: what’s actually included? Some rentals are “trailer only.” Ours is full-service—so you’re not left leveling a unit or restocking paper at 10 p.m.

Delivery, setup & pickup

We deliver the trailer to your site in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Northeastern Connecticut, or Southern New Hampshire, set it up on reasonably level ground, confirm power, and stock it before guests arrive. After the event, we handle waste service and pickup.

Five private stations

Our unit is a 5-station restroom trailer—three women’s stations with a double vanity sink and two men’s stations—built for about 50–300 guests depending on event length and alcohol service. Guests get solid doors, real privacy, and room to move.

Climate control (heat & A/C)

Every booking includes four-seasons climate control. New England summers get humid; fall and winter events get cold. Heat and air conditioning keep the trailer comfortable so guests don’t abandon the party after one trip to a sweltering or freezing portable.

Flushing toilets & running water

Flushing toilets and sinks with running water are standard—not optional upgrades. Mirrors, lighting, and stocked supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels) are part of the rental so guests can refresh the way they would in a real restroom.

Bluetooth, radio & tasteful décor

Audio options and clean, tasteful interiors help the trailer feel intentional—not like an afterthought parked next to the tent. It’s a practical upgrade from a bank of plastic portables without pretending to be a boutique spa.

Professionally cleaned between bookings

The trailer is sanitized after every rental before it arrives at your site. Longer events can include scheduled servicing when needed—just tell us your timeline when you request a quote.

What you need to provide

  • Reasonably level ground and room to place the trailer
  • A standard outdoor power outlet for heat and A/C (we confirm at booking)
  • Clear access for delivery and pickup

That’s it. We handle the rest.
